Call-for-papers

Regular contributions (Oral)

Authors are asked to submit regular contributions by 26 June 2023 via the EDAS-Portal stating: title, author(s), abstract (in English or German; text only; no more than 500 words; no figures, equations, etc.) and the Commission related to the topic of the contribution. Acceptance notification will be sent by 10 July 2023.

Prospectively, this year, again, in addition to the regular contribution authors may submit a conference paper (2-4 pages, IEEE conference proceedings style) via the EDAS-Portal latest by 7 October 2023. After the usual peer review, this paper will be published on IEEE Xplore shortly after the conference, provided that the conference presentation actually took place. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

In addition, there will be the possibility to submit a paper on the basis of the conference contribution to the journal Advances in Radio Science.
